I still can’t get over this incredible double drum with a face hand carved in front of me by a young man in Ghana, West Africa. I offered him $5 (US) and felt privileged to get this picture.
My group’s welcoming ceremony in Accra had lots of lively drumming and dancing. Later we received our African names. Mine is Afua, an individual who guide Kofi tells me has the attributes of innovation and resourcefulness.
